Create high quality printed products using everyday office software such as PowerPoint, Excel or Word.
It is entirely possible to produce high quality printed products using everyday office software such as Word or Excel. We can prepare the necessary templates for you with the relevant style guidelines and additional default settings. We will also train the users, to ensure graphically clean work in the end.

When does it make sense to use MS Office for printed products?

Whenever you want to produce your documents yourself. It means you can add more of your own input and reduce the time spent on settling design details with us internally. Nor is there any need for proofs to be sent back and forth between you and the print works.
Nevertheless, in our experience, to produce a document that is ready for printing takes as much time and commitment as in a professional pre-press operation. However, communication paths may be simpler and so it may still be worthwhile.

Why are printed products not generally offered using Office applications?
Office programs are not actually designed for producing printed materials and therefore have certain inherent problems. To overcome these problems, you have to know a few tricks. These include handling fonts, making settings for controlled colour separation, retaining preset page set-ups and several more.
Even though Office programs are frowned upon by many people who work in pre-press, we face up to reality and will help you to produce your own printed products.
